Before launching DLG, I spent a decade leading million-dollar retail operations, shaping award-winning campaigns, and building marketing & communication strategies across beauty, CPG, and mission-driven nonprofits. That cross-industry experience taught me how to build brands that not only resonate, but inspire action.

Now, I partner with organizations and founders to turn vision into strategy, and strategy into momentum.
